I've been a loyal Republican for many decades. I've voted for Nixon through Trump (holding my nose for Romney and McCain). Unless the Republican leadership stands up and fights for Trump -- I'm finished. Let's do to the Republican Party what we did to Fox News!
Although I have sympathy for libertarian ideas I couldn't join the Libertarian Party due to their stance on drug legalization. So, I'll become one of the much sought after independents.

Me, too. And in the meantime, we form a new party that will continue to attract good, solid people, which would mean more blacks, hispanics and Walk Away Democrats.

I am seeing a lot of anger on social media against the GOP for not standing up for President Trump in his recount efforts. Many are not willing to support a party that they feel has abandoned the President. Many are calling for a new Patriot Party. I am a lifelong Republican and I am concerned that the party may not survive if it totally abandons President Trump. Many will leave and never come back. The irony is that President Trump did more to expand the party than any leader since Ronald Reagan. The GOP establishment is willing to throw that all away. They are fools.
The Senate races won’t mean a thing after Flimsey Grahamnesty, Micro Rubio and the rest of the Bush League Republicans give their friends across the aisle a permanent majority with amnesty for illegal aliens.
Hell, one or both of them might vote for that amnesty.
Mitch McConnel has already congratulated Biden and Harris. That says it all.

I’m ready to support establishment of a new political party that will espouse all the things that Made America Great Again, the American Patriot Party. That will attract all of the disaffected with the current political establishment.
I’m thinking the PTB (deep state/Rinos) will “allow” the two Rs to win in GA to placate the base.
I hope they do.
Regardless, done with Rinos and the republican party if they don’t support POTUS Donald J. Trump.
