Linked on FR is the entire September 12 2018 EO. I just copied the beginning. I have read it many times and keep bumping it as it is extremely important.

Also on the thread in the comments are the entire Insurrection Act, and the US codes for Treason, Misprision of Treason, Rebellion or Insurrection, Seditious Conspiracy, and Advocating Overthrow of the Government. You will note that the EO also details not just the foreign entities who attempt to influence elections, but also those who assist them in any way. IOW, Americans. Who would then be covered by some or all of the US code above.

By the authority vested in me as President by the Constitution and the laws of the United States of America, including the International Emergency Economic Powers Act (50 U.S.C. 1701 et seq.) (IEEPA), the National Emergencies Act (50 U.S.C. 1601 et seq.) (NEA), section 212(f) of the Immigration and Nationality Act of 1952 (8 U.S.C. 1182(f)), and section 301 of title 3, United States Code,

I, DONALD J. TRUMP, President of the United States of America, find that the ability of persons located, in whole or in substantial part, outside the United States to interfere in or undermine public confidence in United States elections, including through the unauthorized accessing of election and campaign infrastructure or the covert distribution of propaganda and disinformation, constitutes an unusual and extraordinary threat to the national security and foreign policy of the United States. Although there has been no evidence of a foreign power altering the outcome or vote tabulation in any United States election, foreign powers have historically sought to exploit America’s free and open political system. In recent years, the proliferation of digital devices and internet-based communications has created significant vulnerabilities and magnified the scope and intensity of the threat of foreign interference, as illustrated in the 2017 Intelligence Community Assessment. I hereby declare a national emergency to deal with this threat.

Accordingly, I hereby order:

The EO was not designed to prevent fraud, but catch the fraudsters and punish them appropriately. If you read the EO, you will see that it takes some weeks to put the evidence together and take action. Do you have a better method?

Sadly I don’t see how seizing assets will prevent USCCP merger. Either Biden is stopped, Trump is president or USA is gone. There is no other moment in history to recoup what is about to disappear.

The 1.8 billion dollars paid to the Biden crime family is for Joe’s election. All of the favorable business transactions with the Silicon Valley crowd and the leadership of the American Gov’t was part of the deal for the money. Now China will want a favorable return on their investments to the Bidens and others like Swalwell. China bought their way out of a financial disaster.
