Unfortunately other than a small minority of legislators and lawyers, our government, the U.S. Military leadership, the SCOTUS, the media, and the ABC agencies have all signaled that they will not provide support for the President if he invokes the Sedition Act. He knows that doing so would fail and condemn him. He is effectively powerless at this point.

Soros and his minions did a great job of emulating his WWII masters, placing his people in the right places, so when the coup came, Trump was powerless to stop it.

He is the Commander in Chief. He has other enumerated powers under the constitution. The point is, he will exercise all powers.

Assume for instance that it was a given that China had unleashed Covid while acting in concert with those in the U.S. for purposes of taking this election.

Is that an act of war? What powers might Trump exercise with such a declaration?

My point is that the perceived threat to Trump and the Country and his family is “existential” in nature and therefore he will, must, resort to “all means”.

Think past presidencies. Think of the powers exercised by the Presidents past.

Invoking the Insurrection Act successfully requires having enough evidence to simultaneously arrest and detain sufficient numbers of members of the US House and US Senate
to forestall inevitable calls for impeachment. HARD, Concrete Hard, evidence...as in military tribunal type evidence.

No he isn’t. Go ahead and do it. The truth is on his side. The Democrats brought this on, not Trump. Backing down does not equal Leadership lead to winning. Any time someone wants to get clean away with something all they have to do is go BIG and make everyone afraid of the consequences of being opposed? I don’t think so. The Democrats did this.

Pure bovine excrement! Your leftist propaganda brush is far to big for your widdle hand. The entire military eschelon may not be with him, but there are plenty in the military who are on his side and he has a loyal core to work from. It is the IC that are the traitors.
