Invoking the Insurrection Act successfully requires having enough evidence to simultaneously arrest and detain sufficient numbers of members of the US House and US Senate
to forestall inevitable calls for impeachment. HARD, Concrete Hard, evidence...as in military tribunal type evidence.
I think there is enough evidence to execute the act and save the Republic. I don’t think there is enough loyal members of LEO or the military leadership to execute the arrests and tribunals.
