To me this is a distraction from what actually took place... unless their actions are really tied to THE ballot fraud that matters.

I totally agree with your assessment. I bet the report was finalized and given to the President earlier. He is very aware what happened.
The public will be made aware of the report sometime after January 6th when it is announced the President has been reelected. And Biden will not be found anywhere.
