To secure our elections will take passing and enforcing laws. To do either of those means WINNING an election and placing people who will actually enforce the laws in positions of power to do so.
So how do you expect to accomplish that? Does Rand think those that just stole this election are going to then allow a legitimate vote of the people that could very easily put someone in office who will prosecute them for their crimes? That is one of the many reasons they rigged this election. They knew they were eventually going to be prosecuted for their crimes in 2016.
I'm sorry this does not make any logical sense whatsoever. We are not going to secure free and fair elections by voting.
Sorry to Rand but this "we'll get um next" crap is over. This is a joke. This WAS the next time and their will not be another. We are going to have to look for far more radical solutions if we are going to REGAIN our freedom.

No Senator Paul, the way to fix it is by enforcing the US Constitution NOW. Most of these new rules/regs in this past election were done illegally as they were done by Governors, Judges and elected officials other than State Legislatures. Only state legislatures can do so, otherwise it is a violation of the US Constitution. The Supreme Court has already said so. Use that ruling and straiten this crap out now. All those votes being voided would be on the people who did not follow the law of the land, the US Constitution. They’ll remember not to do that crap in the future.

I thought the lawyer Binnell from Nevada did a great job of explaining how he and his team of lawyers were stonewalled in every turn to actually be able to look at any evidence.
I also liked Touris from Wisconsin who took on Trump as a client because all of the high priced DC lawyers were afraid to do so.
No Republican on this committee advocated for any of the many cases to be immediately go to court for discovery of the TRUTH.
The Republicans all stated: “We know there was fraud, but we do not want to see any evidence ever made public.”
I suppose you could say “in many ways”. They only enacted their theft scheme in GA,PA,MI and WI. But then they might have done so in AZ and NV too.So we’re only talking about a half dozen states...give or take.

Impossible for the numbers of (at 5AM Nov. 4) digital loads in each of 7 key states. Impossible for them to have been counted from Nov 3 close of precincts to 5 AM Nov. 4. Not possible.

I 100% agree with you. Fraud is a crime. Until the fraudsters are arrested and tried in court, will anything really change.
