I echo those sentiments. I’d also add that back when I used to watch football, winter wouldn’t really bother me until after the Superbowl because for the past 15 years or so we’ve had the Patriots to look forward to pretty much every year. What a run!

I remember the Blizzard of '78 like it was yesterday.I was almost stranded at work (hospital...evening shift) but wasn't.It would have been bad if I was because my Dad was living with me at the time and would have been in big trouble if he was alone for 3-4 days.

I also remember that after a day or two of nonstop shoveling I decided to take a walk down 128 (we lived nearby) after they had towed away most of the stranded cars.
