Will Trump's executive powers solve the issue? America's 4 Major Crises | Wide Angle with Brendon Fallon

What lies ahead for the Trump camp in the wake of the Supreme Court rejection, we explore three crucial avenues President Trump has to reversing the ‘reported’ election result—The legal avenue; the congressional avenue whereby Congress would ultimately vote to determine the next President, and the presidential prerogative power avenue. The latter being the most controversial yet also potentially effective in preserving America’s freedoms in the face of significant domestic and foreign threat.

We look at four major crises currently facing America, which save for comparisons to such extreme scenarios as the Civil War, are virtually without precedent. In the face of massive failures of government, complete debasement of constitutional law and the encroachment of destructive agents bent on overturning society what but the most drastic action, like the imposition of martial law, could be effective in preserving the Union.

Okay, let’s say that William Barr did not really resign, nor has any intention of resigning - but this whole thing is a smokescreen to create the appearance of confusion in the administration.

This leads the criminals in the Deep State to chuckle amongst themselves and pat each other on the backs and think that they are in the clear because this whole thing has fallen into disarray, thereby causing them to relax and let their guard down.

While they are happily congratulating themselves for “getting away with it yet another time,” our president springs the trap and gathers them up in a neatly wrapped and bowed package.

Oh well, one can still dream, right?

My biggest fear is that Trump’s strategy is exactly as it appears to be. 100% reliance on the courts to step in.

See the text of Barr’s “resignation” letter. Your line of thought is by no means preposterous.

Or, he “finishes things up” & really does leave, his part in the show done. I can see the rest as you said: more are emboldened to act out even more, making events, travesties even more clear for onlookers who still need to “get the picture”.

We are all together in this, praying for God’s will & justice, each of us being faithful in our respective areas.

VK, I came here wanting to read those 3 points. Any link to words?

Onlookers even jaded supposed Biden voters also becoming aghast at the absolute horrorshow is unfolding. Even some who (thought they) supported Biden. Ref poll that shows how Biden voters didn’t know what we’ve all known for ages, wouldn’t have voted for him

I watched the video. I am confused on one point. In the Joint Session of Congress when there is an objection by a House member and a Senator, the houses vote separately on whether to accept the electors. Is the House vote by member or by state?

I understand if neither candidate receives a majority and the 12th Amendment kicks in the House votes for President on a state basis.

Just not sure how the House votes when considering whether to accept the electors. Is it on a member basis or state basis?

That really is the most glowing resignation letter I've ever seen. One could almost hope that Barr has set the charges under the whole house of cards, and now means to hit the "detonate" button and get the hell out of D.C. "as discussed." The next A.G. is the "and now we prosecute" A.G.

One can hope.

OUTSTANDING VIDEO!

Very Constitutional Law informed.

I saw this several hours ago.

This needs to be circulated nation wide, so as many people as possible will not flip out if/really when Trump is faithful to his Constitutional responsibility and oath.

In the face of treason and US overthrow, it was always likely to come down to Constitutionally defined *Executive Prerogative*.

This channel has really been on the ball.

As a practical solution, in the future, all mail in votes need to be processed at a central facility in each state, where ALL parties have equal access to the counting process. Need to take this process away from corrupt counties - my 2 cents

We don’t have two “houses” of Congress. We have two “chambers”: The House of Representatives, and the Senate.

“One can hope.”

As my grandfather used to say: “Hope in one hand. Pee in the other. Tell me which one fills up first.”

Will Trump's executive powers solve the issue? / America's 4 Major Crises | Wide Angle with Brendon Fallon
16 min --- https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=QVEs9yvg_Vo

-------------------

0: Gen Flynn, Trump "We will never, EVER, surrender." (period!)- sets the "Hxxx NAW!!" stage w/those who see what's happening. So where are we now?

1:00 Judiciary, Legislative, and Executive options

1): Let legal battles wind way through, Constitution is either defended or NOT defended by judicial branch (light shines, in any event)

2) 3:35 - Congressional battle ensues on Jan 6 electoral college with one or more states rejecting contested fraudulent state results.

4:15 This triggers* Amendment 12, each state delegation given 1 vote, 30 "R" 20 D (put it in quotations: 30 "R" to allow for RINO/uniparty/deep state factor)

3) 5:20 Executive branch acts, due to special situation / emergency powers, EO, including option of (here it is) Martial Law (aka "Marshall law") -->will watch rest later

-------------------
*yeah, I bet it does ;-)
