Biden/Harris gets inaugurated...all that property becomes owned by the government/banks. How they propose to let people continue to live in them is a good question.
Trump gets in by some miracle...these people will be evicted and the housing market crashes worse then 2008.
Bankruptcy verses debt forgiveness and confiscation. And you get to essentially live in the property. It is going to sound real good for many. Especially in the dead of winter in some areas.
During the last years of Bush and all during the obama years, Warren Buffet was able to buy 10’s of thousands of homes at a big discount and flip them.
He and others like him will do the same thing for homes and business’s. Deliberate wrecking of the economy to benefit a few.

Yep, you get it. I know more than a few people not able to pay their mortgages. The new homeless hordes are coming. I guess no one has been observing Venezuela in the last fifteen years.
