They did pass a law. The courts invalidated it.

No kidding - the SC has rejected their own rulings.

Write a new and more restrictive law and pass that.l then tell the SC to pound sand.

Yeah, Kansas, tell ‘em to pound sand and do it anyway. States rights - isn’t that essentially what they gave as a reason for not accepting the Texas case?

All election laws must be constitutional.
