Yep! Supreme Court justices are now politicians. They do not rule on law. Remember what was right is now wrong!

“Rush floated a theory that the SC judges are acting in this manner to appease the dems in order to curtail the court-packing talk as not necessary because the existing justices have not sided with any republican election-related lawsuits.”

Except if the Court did it’s job and ruled correctly against the election fraud and Biden, there would be no court packing because Biden wouldn’t be President. Not much logic in Rush’s theory.

That’s why the Texas case against PA, WI, MI supposedly had “no standing.”

SCOTUS just didn’t want to get involved!!! They would have to follow the constitution and their oath!

I don’t know why the hell the demoKKKrat were up in arms about these assholes being Nominated and confirmed when they benefit from them more then we do.

It's all theatre and we are the people who are paying admission to the show. When the show is over, they all go to their cocktail parties together and have a good laugh at our expense.

Rush is probably correct so that means if Schumer gets the majority in a few weeks are they just hoping that Chuck won’t look to add new judges cause that maybe a Republican thing to respect the law but Democrats could honestly care less if there’s 30 Supreme Court Justices just as long as they all vote the way they’re told

The misguided, institutionally indoctrinated Supreme Court doesn’t seem to understand the following major constitutional problem with allowing non-citizens to vote. The congressional record shows that post-Civil War era lawmakers recognized that states that allow non-citizens to vote effectively nullify the Constitution’s “Establish a uniform Rule of Naturalization Clause (1.8.4).“

Yeah, Kansas, tell ‘em to pound sand and do it anyway. States rights - isn’t that essentially what they gave as a reason for not accepting the Texas case?

The problem appears to be various state’s republicans never seem to put serious enforcement in place. During the election. By now they should have figured out if democrats are involved they need one trust-worthy volunteer militia member standing at the elbow of every one of them. And let them know any cheating is met with summary execution on the spot. It’s the only way to be sure.

Pass the laws, SCOTUS has no say in state election laws, as they claimed last Friday.

Not exactly.

All election laws must be constitutional.

I imagine their USSC salaries are nothing compared to the real payoffs they get.

I have entertained that possibility as well.

Federalist Society Swamp Creatures were always ticking time bombs anyway as well.

#16. While you may not be able to “fight something BEFORE it happens”, you sure as hell can “ANTICIPATE” that action and prepare to react, counter, and legally destroy it.

Lesson Learned: Always be alert and PROACTIVE against the Left. If they can corrupt something, esp. the law, they will so we’d better be there to ambush and destroy them.

Article III, Section II of the Constitution establishes the jurisdiction (legal ability to hear a case) of the Supreme Court. The Court has original jurisdiction (a case is tried before the Court) over certain cases, e.g., suits between two or more states and/or cases involving ambassadors and other public ministers.

IF Texas is suing other states (with 20 other States signed on!!) is this not the biggest of “original jurisdiction” issue? If SCOTUS doesn’t hear this case - who will?!!!

Yes, by declaring “no standing” — SCOTUS cravenly and pathetically punted away their responsibility and reputation.
