Staying in the stock market...Biden or no Biden! It is now even more true than for a long time...There is no place to make any money except stock market. Renters can hold off paying rents and can not be evicted in many places. So Rental real estate is not a good place for money. Single family homes are holding up, but for how long if Biden/Kamala tank the economy in 2021? We are also in the favorable season for bulls. Santa Rally is expected.

I figure Biden will put stupid Wuhan restrictions in place for 90-120 days, which the markets will not like but stay rather neutral too, then Biden will wave his magic wand and, lo, Wuahn will be no more and the market will rocket (until he totally tanks it with lousy deals)

Class A and B apartments are doing fine in AZ and TX and wherever there are jobs.
