Are you asking if the SolarWinds problems exist only with the Orion Platform software? If so, I don’t know enough about either. :-(

I’m pointing to one of the ways the testimony was hyper-technical and quite possibly deceptive. He may well have been trying to hide the truth.
I attempt to point that out by referring to a possible underlying truth that would nonetheless fit his word salad. The company may well have included manipulative, Orion-platform features when he tried to deflect, apparently to say otherwise.
It would be deceptive if manipulative Orion-platform code features were to some degree independent from the Orion platform itself and yet embedded in versions of solarwinds products, which, as a former programmer/techie, seems quite possible, if not likely, to me.
