California’s laws clearly state that certain instructions need to appear on its presidential election ballots.

Those instructions did not appear on California’s ballots.

California’s laws clearly say that if the instructions do not appear, those ballots cannot be cast or counted.

Therefore, ballots from California cannot be cast nor counted.

I’ve seen this before and still can’t figure out what the RATs objective was in not printing the ballots properly?

I’d very gladly sacrifice my CA vote, cast in person on Election Day (I have no idea what was done with my ballot, if it was counted or if it was trashed) if this could be resolved according to California law.

That’s 55 big fat electoral votes down the drain if all CA ballots could all be invalidated.

As to why the ballots were screwed up, I don’t know. Democrats control this state.

This smacks of Pelosi altering the Article II language for certification when BO was nominated back in 2008.
