Didn’t we all realize that, to a certain extent, when they ruled on the constitutionality of Obamacare?
And quite honestly, haven’t there been a number of SCOTUS decisions over the last hundred years that are an anathema to our constitution as written?
I think a lot of people expected things to change once we got Gorsuch, Kavanaugh, and Barret on the court. Obviously they haven’t. I doubt POTUS pinned all his hopes on SCOTUS acting responsibly. At least I hope he didn’t.
