I do not see where this allows President Trump to invoke the Insurrection Act, or whatever it is that allows his to put a stop to all this. How does it work?
The EO allows him to go after anyone who has helped with foreign interference / intrusion into the elections.
The Insurrection Act says the President has the power to go apesh!t at any government entity who denies Constitutional rights...say, hypothetically, cities / states who deny their citizens a Republican form of government (Republican vs. monarchy or dictatorship or oligarchy, that is, not GOP vs. Donkey)...which would included totally fraudulent elections.
I know nuttin but if you read the two sections of the Insurrection Act I posted above, it looks clear to me that when laws are violeted/not followed, and citizens’ rights prevented, then the Act can be lawfully invoked. Both have happened in numerous states.
PS and actually every state, since so much fraud happened, this messes up every legitimate voter’s vote, not just in the states with fraud, and which states did not have fraud is not even determined.

Two different beasts! 2018 executive order would be a civil action through the DOJ/Treas/etc.
Insurrection Act is acting on sole authority as POTUS to enact to protect the Republic!
