I was thinking last night as I went to sleep that I should have suggested a hand pump - 20 ft defintely would work for that.

I looked on Tractor Supply and they had one for less than $100 - hubby said we could fill the elevated tank also.

Elevated tank is good, gravity fed. Some hand pumps are easier to use than others, too.
