Looks like they have most of it, and some folks wanted more info; see the codemonkey twtt Miss Didi posted.
I’m guessing they have the hack data info and vote switching, but haven’t tied up the loose ends in tying it directly and clearly enough to foreign operators, which may invoke taking of transfers payments, companies bought and sold by and from, communications specifics.
...but that’s just my guess
