The fact that one case has been previously adjudicated while the other case has not yet been considered legally seems beside the point.

Like Fauchi? Here's my question to all the pro mask Karens out there. If that piece of cloth and shoe strings is actually useful at protecting you, and you are properly sanitizing (washing hands, not touching face, coughing in your elbow, etc) why do other people have to wear masks?

They wear it AND rubber Gloves ONCE.
When finished, goes into a receptacle and handled as medical hazardous waste.
Start MAKING y’all wear a NEW one daily, throw away gloves and instead of dumping them in the shopping cart or parking lot, treat as hazardous instead of putting it in your regular trash etc etc etc
‘We’ get told to not touch face and wash hands often etc BUT taking that mask on and off and hanging around neck is basically asking for trouble..
Make it ‘inconvenient’ OR at least make you follow the rules of the people you are quick to point out and the end will be coming shortly.
Around these parts a mask is required ANYWHERE you go. And they will order you to pull it up over your nose and they don’t care when you tell them you have a doctor’s note for an exception to wear under the nose due to medical reason. I need to leave this God forsaken state as soon as we can manage it.
Indeed the stores requiring masks are the only stores open in my state.
If I lived where there were options I’d take advantage.
Next time You get refused at a Hospital tell them to give O2 via a Nasal Cannula and put a mask over it. You would think they would have come up with that already.
