She’d have to prove personal harm. That would be extremely tough given the TX non-ruling. What citizen is she a state of? If not GA, MI, WI, or PA, would be tough to show actual damages. Even then, the damages are to your “civil rights” in one man, one vote. This is a very tough case to make in general, let alone in RICO.

Think bigger, this is foreign intervention in the election. We The People have been harmed. The Republic is under assault. Whether we acknowledge it individually or not, America is at war from foreign powers dedicated to our demise. Think bigger, LS.

No, Ms. Powell would not have to prove personal harm. She would have to prove harm to her client.

In addition, The RICO as I believe she referring to is the Federal statute, which has a criminal element and a civil element. The only way that the State location matters for anything is determining the federal court jurisdiction location for the lawsuit. Likely Prez Trump's legal residency in FL would put such a civil suit there? Or if she would pursue this in her individual capacity it would be in Texas?
