Multiple Orange County restaurants are staying open for in-person dining in defiance of Gov. Gavin Newsom’s orders that’s meant to stop the rapid spread of the coronavirus and avoid a flood of patients into hospitals.

Some businesses, including Brewery X in Anaheim and Oak & Coal in Costa Mesa, are sharing a letter that begins: “We, as responsible small business owners and operators, do herby declare our intention to protest the current stay at home order and to maintain our safety standards of service as set by county and state health guidelines.”

“We stand with the other small businesses who are taking a stand to ensure our staff and their families have food on their table,” Costa Mesa’s Paragon Cafe owners wrote on Instagram.

“People must be able to provide for themselves and their families,” Wagner tweeted in sharing information for the march.

Or maybe they should call it a religious service.

Give us this day our daily bread or some such.

Love it! This insanity will stop only if people - us, the average citizens - stop obeying their insane diktats.

I went to one last night, and it was slammed. Extremely busy. We talked to the manager who said that law-enforcement had not contacted them at all, but the health department was breathing down their necks. Good to see people standing up to newscum.

My local restaurant was open for business last Saturday or indoor dining. However it was every other table. I will be there Wednesday and will take a look see.

Its about damn time. Hubby has been so disappointed in the citizens of America who have put up with this for so long. They have done a survey of where people have caught this virus; and, it is not at a restaurant. It’s at home.

I hope that people will step up and help these restaurants when the state starts issuing fines. And you know they will just to prove “they” are in charge. Talk is cheap...money will be needed.

It really is disheartening to see how effortlessly Americans bent the knee to these diktats.

The funny thing is, if it were President Trump who in the beginning of COVID issued these lockdowns and quarantines, nobody would've followed them. Everybody would've flipped him the bird.

Yes, everybody needs to help out. Even a modest amount would be good and give them some support.

But mostly what everybody needs to do is challenge this insanity.

Good for them! I never have trusted the accuracy of the Covid19 tests, and since that Austrian government guy showed coca cola tested positive, now I KNOW they’re inaccurate! All part of the same CDC, Fauci, bureaucratic, Chinese scam. (I’m not saying there’s no Covid19; I’m saying that it is NOT anywhere CLOSE to being as rampant as we’re being told.) Also, if it’s true that the annual death rate here isn’t any higher than usual, it CAN’T be as deadly as we’re told.

the test is not accurate and they are coding anything that presents even one symptom as Covid-19

Amazing that in Santa Clara County we normally have 17,000+ cases and this year we have only 252.

BS
