I know very few Catholics that give more than a passing glance at Rome. And they haven’t in a long time.
The fact that you bring it up says more about you, I think.
I have heard it from a few sources so far, nothing concrete though.
kuhner is a drama queen, that’s all you need to know.
I don’t understand why people let Roberts off the hook by saying someone has something on him. Personally, I think he is just a weak, globalist scum who is more interested in how “His” court is seen in history. He does things based on whose “turn” it is to win, not on what the law or Constitution says. His Obamacare reasoning puts solid credence to that theory. He was nominated by George Bush who had zero backbone to fight for a conservative (even if he was disposed to nominate a conservative which I don’t think he was) and settled for a compromise candidate. Bush being a globalist would be fine with a globalist Chief Justice, thus Roberts. Unfortunately, Roberts is young so he has plenty of time to continue screwing up the country with his “it’s there turn” philosophy. And apparently the three new “conservatives” are not really hard Constitutionalists otherwise they would have taken this case.
Certainly Alito and Thomas were not swayed.

Thomas has been through hell. He survived. I think they don’t even try any longer and are just waiting for him to retire or age out or die.

Not afraid...but a lot of people have cushy government jobs..and great perks...they are afraid of losing.
They are lacking principles or they wouldn’t be mostly democrats.
I remember watching Trump walking past Justice Roberts on his way to give the State of the Union Address last year. You could see the thousand of suns burning in Roberts glare as Trump passed by him.

The President can choose from the other Justices. I don’t know how many times that has been done. It’s been several.
But the selection is up to the President.
Kav, AVB, and Roberts are all Bush loyalists members of the swamp. Gorsuch is another go along to get along elitist who doesnt want to upset his party hosts. No need to command them to do anything.
Unless Roberts was threatening there families I suspect that none of theses judges would care what Roberts thinks unless it is a sound augment to look at the constitution a certain way. These three are constructionist and Roberts makes it up as he goes to please his blackmailers I dont think aby conversation took place.
I'm sure there or some procedural things they have to learn as all new jobs have, but these folks are appointed for life. I don't think annual performance reviews are in the picture.
I would think they are independent from each other and their influence on others precludes supervision or rating of their opinions.

Personally, I suspect Roberts had a gay lifestyle when he was younger and the democRATS are blackmailing him with some dirty, compromising photos.

That’s been mentioned before. I think there might be pics. But these days, with the PC, that would be a badge of honor for him.
Whatever it is, something happened though. He turned from being a constitutionalist conservative judge before confirmation to an in bed with the liberals who legislates from the bench overnight, as soon as he got on the court.

I’m thinking the reasons could be either blackmail or Satan. If they have the goods to blackmail Roberts, they have the goods on Gorsuch, Barrett, and Kavanaugh, too, I’m guessing.
