The statement they made is consistent with a previous case.
Whether it was this case or the previous case or another case.... their view is that they have no choice but to let the plaintiff file the bill of complaint since they have original jurisdiction.
This doesn’t mean they agree with the case. In fact, they pointed out they would grant no other relief.
Maybe they agree with the case. Maybe they don’t. We dont know. They said they express no opinion on any other issue.

What I don’t understand is how Roberts got to be chief justice when other justices had been on the court for years or decades.
How did Roberts get to the front of the line?
People need to understand that the left has virtually taken over the education system and have for all intents and purposes turned it into an indoctrination system. It’s almost impossible for kids that go to any major university without being almost totally immersed in leftist doctrine.
I had serious doubts about ACB when I saw that she went to undergrad school at Rhodes College (ultra liberal). While her religious beliefs may be strong, that doesn’t mean that those same beliefs will not be manipulated to the left’s liking. Emotional manipulation is something the left does exceedingly well.
The President chooses the Chief Justice when the position is open. Roberts will have that role until he quits or dies.

Nah! It’s not that simple. Somebody has something ON Roberts, bigtime, and they tell Roberts how he WILL vote on EVERY issue. It started with Obunga Care and will continue as long as Roberts is on the Court.

Hope for the best: PDJT get a second term.
Prepare for the worst: President Joe Biden and SUPER VICE PRESIDENT KAMALA HARRIS!! (Explosions and balloons accompany the mere mention of the VP)
Expect the average: Court cases continue but without much juice because the Electoral College declares Joe Biden the new President (today) and well, the Constitution and oaths to uphold the same, etc. Complicit bureaucrats will move quickly to wipe the scene of the crime down both physically and electronically. (Thinking of the final scenes and voice over from the classic Japanese samurai movie “Hara Kiri.”). Blatter will begin about coming together as a nation starting tonight with the announced Biden TV speech.
I’m hoping for a massive Biden meltdown during the speech as a perfect karmic moment. But it probably will be prerecorded to edit out such events and I imagine the Democrats already have a trained body double ready “just in case” for the few months he will serve before SUPER VICE PRESIDENT KAMALA HARRIS is “regretably forced by unexpected and unfortunate circumstances” to assume the Presidency. The length of this service interval will be determined by the amount of time necessary to bury the Hunter Biden investigations and covertly financing the various “buyout packages” for Biden family members. Dealing with the lower level participants will be subcontracted to the Clinton Foundation due to their demonstrated expertise in these matters.
