I didn’t know about a recording, but there was a post here yesterday from the Hal Turner website that claimed this screaming match was overheard from down the hall. Don’t think anyone believed it though.
It’s not weird at all. It’s more deferring to those with expertise in the area that he trusts. Proper interpretation of a judicial opinion - focusing on the reasoning and extrapolating a general view point rather than simply whether you agree with an ultimate holding or not - can be very difficult. Especially for someone like Trump who recognizes that type of analysis isn’t his particular background.

My pie-in-the-sky wish: A reelected Trump replaces an infirm Stevens with a conservative and then OFFERS Hillary in return for impeaching Roberts. Rats would play and Hillary is around for just a few years with hope they win so she can quit. She’d have to play along. As I suggested it’s far fetched.
Anyone who could be bullied by a wuss like Roberts shouldn’t even be there anyway. Recently I heard him being interviewed, any of the most gentle effeminate voice. Very meek. Fits in well with him doing pro bono work for the Colorado gay marriage case that started all this.
Regardless of whether this claim is true or false, it raises a scenario in my mind where the conservatives decide
to go over his head and vote as the law and the Constitution directs thus forcing whomever has control over Roberts to act, if indeed there is such a person.
Although rumored for years, we don't know if such a force exists but it is time to find out.
We do not owe Roberts to sacrifice the country for either his personal fears or his political beliefs.
I am fine with it if evidence is provided, but rumors can be dangerous, dangerous to us, dangerous mostly when they are just rumors of something we want to believe is true. Being captured by a false rumor, just because we want to believe it, is unhealthy towards knowing the truth.
I hope this rumor dies quickly if good evidence for it does not arrive sooner.
President Trump has fought human trafficking and White slavery. If I were betting or speculating, I would bet that John Roberts has profited from both Human Trafficking and White slavery. President Trump has hit him in the pocket book, hard. All the power elite in the United States hate President Trump for the same reason. He hit them in the pocket book. The peons hate him because they were told to and do not have the intelligence to think or reason for themselves.

Given that Stevens left the court in 2010 and died in 2019, that would be hard to do.
