“Kamala and I will not give up our Senate seats until the election is certified.”@JoeBiden

Wait, what did I miss? He’s a senator?— Prime Minister Traditional Canadian Girl 🇨🇦 (@canadiangirls99) December 15, 2020
********************************************************************************
Ha Ha. Revealing several things. One being that he doesn’t remember that he is no longer a Senator(not playing with a full deck).

Second-he admits that the election is not yet certified, and therefore he is not legally President elect. He’s just pretending to be legitimate.

Of course, he was never playing with a full deck, and has always been illegitimate as far as honesty and integrity and concern for his constituents and his country. spit.

certified by whom?

I checked Biden's feed and did not see that there. And she doesn't have a direct link just claims he said it and puts his twitter name with it. So no proof he said that. Unless he erased it. Wouldn't surprise me though. At all.

Has Kamala resigned? ;)

Some history: "The last U.S. senator who resigned in order to take office in the executive branch was Barack Obama in 2008. The election took place on November 4, 2008, and he resigned on the 16th, less than two weeks later. Joe Biden, however, didn’t resign from the U.S. Senate until January 15, 2009, just days before the inauguration. He even took the oath to serve as a U.S. Senator one final time in January, in order to secure a spot as the 14th-longest-serving senator. A truly historic distinction that obviously he deserves a trophy for, I suppose."

Now to continue my own thought... It is being called a "conspiracy theory" that anyone should think there is a reason why Kamala hasn't resigned her seat yet. However, lets go back in time a bit and see what they were saying THEN. And I will use that as a rebuttal.

Oh look, the Huff Post - Here’s What Happens With Kamala Harris’ Senate Seat If She Becomes Vice President

" Biden and Harris win the election in November, California Gov. Gavin Newsom will choose someone to fill Harris’ seat in the Senate. Unless the Democratic governor opts to call a special election next year, whomever he picks will serve out the rest of Harris’ term until January 2023."

So the assumption is she will have resigned BEFORE January. Ok. Any day now then right?

Next: Most of the articles I found point to previous officials and administration who resigned old posts to take new office and the dates were in December and latest early Jan then the articles go out on a limb and start pointing to resignations from non-governmental jobs (a stretch for their argument's sake)

Then the NTY ran the same story VERBATIM using the exact copied and pasted arguments as the previous article. Which means - talking points. NOT even creative journalism anymore, just copy and paste. So I ownt repeat them but here is the link to NYT No, it isn’t unusual that Kamala Harris is still in the Senate.

It is Dec 15, so yes, it is getting unusual. I expect a resignation soon (/s ...and fake news discussing who Newsuince has in line to replace her with.
