That was urine.
My last visit to New Jersey greeted me with TWO, one gallon milk containers that were nearly filled with urine, while out on a walk during the day in Clifton.
There were a few other homeless articles there, too. It was on the border of an older residential neighborhood and an older manufacturing area.
