Not much chance. The overwhelming majority of military are southerners. Texas has the 2nd largest number of military installations 2nd only to California. Although some will "follow orders" I doubt many will want to fire upon their southern brothers and sisters. And, the overwhelming majority of military are conservatives.

Well, in the past month, President Trump has been changing out the leadership of the military. The rank and file soldier, sailor, or airman we can trust.
It’s the leaders who are the problem. But who else could be trusted to count the votes?
Wait, I have an idea. We randomly select names of citizens from the phone book — much like a jury is chosen — to be the poll watchers. We train them and put them to work — with sufficient double counting and peer to peer watching.
