There was actually a county in GA (Coffee County) that ran an equal stack of ballots through the machine multiple times and came out with an unequal result. Can’t remember if the result varied on successive runs or if it was the same - but the result was NOT 50/50 Trump v. Biden, which it should have been.
They even wrote a letter to the GA SOS saying the were unable to certify as a result, and he basically said “too bad” and certified the state anyway.
Enemies within, foreign and domestic. And with increasing frequency, they have a (R) next to their name.
They weren’t asked to reverse. They were asked to enjoin (stop) Defendants from seating electors or remand to Defendant legislatures.
The enjoined does not reverse as it does not rule electors go to Donald Trump.
Remand to legislatures does not reverse.
In either the above, the next steps per the Constitution might reverse or not, but at that juncture, SCOTUS is not involved.
If they don’t, it’s civil war. Just watch.
Free speech is gone, we are political prisoners in our homes, our livelihood is stolen, our traditions holidays and history are being erased, and now an election was obviously stolen.
An armed violent citizen response is the only way to stop this coup if the Supremes shirk their duty too. Damn them for ruining the life I wanted for the next decade. But they leave us no other choice.
They don’t have to. They just have to let the truth be revealed. The real results of the election should prevail.
Forget equal justice. That was gone long ago. Apparently, Americans are now not even entitled to basic truths any longer. How pathetic is that?
State governors would tell President Trump to go fornicate himself and so would the military.

Exactly- This case MUST be heard by the SC because the SC is the last line of defence against a rogue state, domestic enemy, or person in control who thinks themselves above the law-
What PA did was break the rules- opening the door to rampant unhindered corruption if this is not dealt with at the highest levels right now-
IF the SC doesn’t hear this case- then by all rights, this opens the door to Mike Pence being able to kick everyone out of the room when he counts the electoral votes, then miraculously finding that more electoral votes went to Trump- and then not provide any proof that they did, refusing to hand over the results for examination
or perhaps he could refuse to count votes from states that are in dispute- and states that received late ballots backdated, and declare that TRump won on election day-
This all needs to be dealt with now- and the SC has an obligation to address lawlessness now- not kick it back down to the lawless states that cheated in the first place- IF they don’t act now- then they are sending a message to everyone that the law doesn’t matter, and if that is the case-
Then Red states that went to biden, if any, should miraculously find all kinds of late boxes of ballots, and give those states to Trump- because, after all, there is no longer any rule of law- and the SC refuses to hear legitimate cases of corruption by rogue states- Republican states will get to go rogue too, with the full blessings of the SC who set precedence by refusing to rule on corrupt states
Not that I have ANY insight, just gut feel..
Despite the overwhelming legal foundation (and it’s rock solid) that the TX case is built on, I told wife earlier this AM to expect a 6-7 PM ET “news dump” tonight with an alert saying SCOTUS is not taking up the case.
Call it a gut feel, based more on the observation our laws no longer many anything and NO-ONE will enforce anything that hurts the “deplorables” than any inside knowledge, but I sure wouldn’t be surprised to see a Friday night news dump coming.
The Supreme Court does not tip their hand like that. Someone may be hoping that is what will soon happen. But, they have no more inside info that you or I do. A law clerk will not even leak. To do so would destroy their career.
Results 1 & 2 will result in one group or another will not accept the result. The United States splits. However, 3. is the worst possible outcome. If they refuse to even hear the case, the Constitution doesn’t matter and the covenant between the states and the federal government is destroyed.
The now 4 year long bipartisan coup against POTUS proves that we live in a post-Constitutional nation. The steal is just the latest chapter of the coup. President Trump’s term in office was stolen and we have been disenfranchised.
Boycotts, tax revolts, and general strikes. Force the fraudulent governors, election officials, judges, and legislators to resign.
They obviously can’t be defeated at the “voting booths”.

Absolutely right- and the SC knows this- All eyes on on SC right now- either they stand for justice, or they no longer are a relevant body of judicial interpreters- and their opinions from here on out amount to nothing-

Precisely- there has been a massive coup in this country=- slow rolling one, that has undermined everything this country stood for, little by little- destruction by a 1000 cuts they call it-
THis Supreme Court case is supremely important right now, because it’s the last holding line of the right- legally

Without full on civil war, this election was a done deal last month... or before.
Then a limited martial law will be put in place to redo the election in contested States with the military doing the ballot counting. General Flynn’s bailout.

That is a great question. She might even be right. But it is HEARSAY, which means nothing. I wish there would be no posting of BS. Let it be proclaimed when it is official, because it is malicious intent to toot your own horn for your own purposes. Does it make Amanda happy, to rile up the folks???? Or was it some desire to “scoop” the officials? Gossip serves no purpose.
Question is....would the military march in lock step? Do we know?
