We are here today in large part because SCOTUS were cowards and would not deal with the issue of “natural born citizen”. If they had they would have had to say that Soetoro was illegitimate and Pelosi perpetrated a fraud when she swore he was eligible.
So they did the “no standing” act and then said, well the people have spoken.
Same reason they will not address “shall not be infringed”. Cowards

We have been headed this way for years. Clinton’s China Loral missile deal, his fundraising. Natural born citizen Obama/McCain. We played nice guy, took the losses, played fair. Look where it got us. I don’t know what Trump has planned, and I have almost endless faith in him and his team. But we’ve about exhausted all our options. Next it’s time to start hanging judges and other elected officials. This can not stand!
Probably. But can you imagine, say if they addressed "shall not be infringed" means most all gun laws are unconstitutional, the fall out? All the harm done to people? They would have to be made whole. Ant that would be too much liberty for the people, and the cowards don't want to be responsible for all that.
