As I understand it (and since this circumstance hasn’t happened before, no one does) if Biden dies or declines election before the E.C. vote, the dems can substitute someone in his place, it doesn’t have to be no-votes Harris. How that would work, I have no idea.

If (God forbid) the E.C. elects him and he then quits/dies/whatever then say hello to President-Elect Harris.

If the election goes to the House, Trump should win election, since the vote is by state delegations; each state gets only one vote.

What would be more explosive is if Biden came out and said the the entire election is a fraud, these are the players and this is what happened. Personally, I think if Biden resists to the Harris take over, he will be taken out by the deep state. He may want to save his skin.

It would NOT be disqualifying to assume the office.
It would also probably not even be impeachable, because whatever “it” is didn’t happen while in office.
AND the kicker, if convicted, he could pardon himself!

Criminals should run for office, then they can get away with anything they want.

Democrats want Biden free & vertical until noon January 20.
One second after inauguration they begin removal proceedings, the faster the better - best if they don’t actually have to move him out of the White House, and that easiest if he never moves in.

I think they will let him be inaugurated. Taking him out before then leaves too much uncertainty, if not in the law then in the minds of the people.
