Yes, it’s difficult to tell exactly what it is. It is either a Mylar heart balloon OR a Mylar round balloon that has been deformed by the atmosphere. But it IS a mylar ballon.

As said before, the proof of alien advanced technology is their ability to seriously blur any and all photographs of them ever taken. Thus negating such as any real proof. Truly amazing! /sar
