They’ll point to the US Constitution’s remedy for this: the state legislatures.
They ought to.
It is Constitutional.
SCOTUS won’t be “selecting” the President; they will be “punting” in an acceptable way.
This is going to be in the history books at the level of Dredd Scott. The Court should take care to choose the path which is best for the country.
Bingo as well it should. The Dems ploy to steal is epic, and they never thought Trump would not concede.
His margin broke their algorithm and put them into fake ballot land that was probably their insurance policy but not to the scale they had to use it.
The SC should rightfully put this on the legislature per the constitution and their obligations as state representatives
We will then see how many Rinos we have at that level, and they should know their tenure if they don’t support Trump will be short lived and the wrath of the 73 million will be heard and felt...
Yes. It is commonly said that the president isn't really elected by the Voters -- the president is elected by the Electoral College. While this is true, the EC is really a mechanism more than anything else. I believe the core concept is (and always has been) that the president is elected by the STATES.
This year, I hope that is made explicit, with the state representatives doing their duty to We The People.
