Will the SCOTUS hear the "Texas Case" and overturn the 2020 POTUS election to DJT & sustain the USA Constitution or, will they opt to destroy the American Republic forever?

SCOTUS is Deep State just like the rest of the government. They’ll take the easiest way out. The one that keeps their tiny black robes clean. JUSTICE IS NOT BLIND. IT’S A DEMOCRAT.

“ She will make Biden look like a choir boy.”

Even if Biden takes the oath, he won’t be making decisions. He clearly doesn’t have the mental faculties. Will Jill be making decisions in his name or will Kamala? It might even be a secret committee of 3 or 4 cabinet members along with Pelosi and Schumer.

Yep, I agree, and have said the same thing elsewhere. I think, if SCOTUS decides in favor of Texas, they’ll just kick it back to the states to remedy.

Part of me, though, still thinks they’ll not even hear the case. I think it’s a long shot, but I hope I’m wrong.

” The Court should take care to choose the path which is best for the country.”

Let’s hope they realize that the path which is best for the country is one that leads us to still having a country after they decide.

The SCOTUS won’t overturn anything. They’re going to rule, hopefully 9-0, that the states in question changed election rules improperly and those State legislators neeD to correct the mistakes. How they do that will be something to see. They are all Republican Majority bodies, so they could award votes based simply on party lines, they could split their votes 50/50 or they could decide that all illegal ballots are invalid and let the cards fall where they may, but I don’t think SCOTUS is going to overturn anything. The states will have to do the dirty work. NOTE: I’m far from being a Constitutional Lawyer, so everything I just wrote could be nothing more than IGNERNT ramblings.

The Supreme Court needs to lay the blame exactly where it belongs: on these 4 states.

The states are all guilty of spoliation. A simple audit that proved Biden won would have settled the case for everyone involved. The states did not follow the law.

It’s their fault that the election cannot be validated.

If this election is allowed to stand, the Constitution is DEAD.

Going to be sooner than that I believe. The press is already moving on Hunter, which they haven’t done before, so Joe’s time is very limited I believe.

Don’t mess with Texas. Otherwise we might become the Lone Star Republic again. “ The eyes of Texas are upon you” SCOTUS.

-- I thought the Constitution's remedy was that it goes to the House with 1 vote for each state, and Trump wins since the Republicans have a majority. --

That's the last resort if there are not enough electoral votes to make the decision.

There is a question of which elector votes to accept. states can reject the results of thier own election, and Congress can reject the vote any state sends it.

States can send two slates of electors.

Congress can do the wrong thing. It usually does. The Courts have no reason to get in the middle of an election, even if the constitution has been violated. It's not their job, thankfully, to do the right thing. SCOTUS is a hallucinatory body. They imagine parts of the constitution that aren't there, and they can;t see parts of it that plainly are there. Failed institutions, all around.

The people would be well served to withdraw the constitution altogether. The current federal government craps all over it.

They might agree on the merits but not in and way that would impact the selection of electors.

If they agree on the merits, they have to provide a remedy.

Agree with this. This is both a political and legal battle but far more political than legal.

The reason there is so much focus on the legal side right now is that no additional politicians are supporting Trump.

Who know, maybe some of the weak kneed would move if a particular court acts, but the most depressing part of this is the lack of support from Republican state legislatures.

ROTFL. The court is self-serving. It will choose based on what is best for it, then claim this is best for the country, the constitution compels, or some other lofty but insincere gibberish.

Which then raises the question as to who really is the President? And that is a critical question that must be resolved some how. If a State certifies electors based on false or fraudulent cast votes...are their electors truly legit/legal? A State not acting in good faith is ...rogue, unpunishable, unaccountable?

You are correct that we may very well have a court victory, but still lose the election war. As republicans/conservatives we make the mistake of believing elected officials will follow the rule of law. For whatever reason we consistently give them too much trust to do the right things.

Hence my “months” comment (if not years).

I’ll never vote again, if only to get this nonsense over with and bring on the communism so that it can run its course.
