I do think the Court should have more than the usual eye on Justice.
The republic is in danger. The Constitution is in danger. Now is not the time to get tangled up in legal niceties. We are dealing with enemies Foreign and Domestic and the Court should take care to do the right thing and defend our political system on behalf of We The People.
