Your point about a Biden Administration packing the court is something I've been thinking a lot about. If SCOTUS lets this theft of an election slide, it destroys them as a branch. It also destroys the legitimacy or our elections, the government, and the rule of law, and we're already on the ragged edge. That being said, I've learned to never underestimate the possibility of leaders to make shockingly bad decisions.
For me, while I do hope for the best, I'm definitely preparing for the worst.
Never forget: ALL PEOPLE DO WHAT THEY ARE COMPENSATED TO DO.
This is why Kemp looks as nervous as a whore in church - FedGov likely has him dead to rights. His back is against the sea. If he doesn’t pull this off, he’s likely getting an all expense paid vacation to The Resort. That’s certainly true of the FBI, DOJ, Schiff, others.
They are fighting for their lives here, and they were paid by the Chinese, who will burn them alive if they don’t do what they were paid to do.
So you refer to ‘bad’ decisions - all decisions are made within the context of self-interest. It explains the failure of all governance. When we witness such ‘bad judgement’, people should automatically be going into investigation mode and seeking to depose them from whatever position they occupy at any level of government.
If your wife of X years suddenly tells you she’s going on a ‘girls night out’, for example, your act.
You call a locksmith, get your important papers together, drain your bank account and get your checkbook secured along with all your guns, you lock the door behind you and buy a burner phone, because it’s been over for a while and you are just waking up to it.
Then you file in the morning and serve her.
We used to have faith in institutions because even the most corrupt in those institutions knew that you could feather your nest enough AND not fatally compromise the institution.
That’s gone now. Faith in government, marriage (which is government), medical science (government), military leadership (government), journalism (government) is at an end.
Actions speak truth, in vino veritas, and your head rules your heart.
Act accordingly.
