It is hard to take the author serious when the first sentence of his story is factually wrong.
"A lot of people were shocked when the Supreme Court agreed to hear the lawsuit by the State of Texas against Georgia, Michigan, Wisconsin, and Pennsylvania".... SCOTUS has not agreed yet to take this case.
Given that most people dont understand that i would argue that many non-lawyers were shocked.
If they do agree to take it many lawyers will be shocked
