Excellent point. It seems there is technology available to process millions of transactions a day with virtually no mistakes. Not just credit cards. I can buy and sell stock and my trade shows up virtually instantly. I’ve never had “Oh we just found twelve shares in a drawer”. I’ve never been double or triple charged for the same purchase.
