They're hoping to swamp the country by inviting multiple foreign state actors to attack at once:

Canada, China (students, and military based near Vancouver), refugees from Central America, and the UN.

It’s starting to look that way. Good thing we have a wall now. It’s not complete yet, but we’re much better to handle a refugee invasion than we were 4 years ago. I think I read somewhere that Canada agreed, at our request, to cancel their joint military exercises with the Chinese. But they’re definitely going to try something.
