BREAKING: Judge Sullivan DISMISSES Flynn case, declaring it moot after Trump’s pardon
Praise the Lord!!
I’ve been working and have probably missed other good news that has taken place today.
Another “judge” that should fear sleeping at night.
Sorry, but dat’z the way ‘tis.
Music to my ears. Time for Gen. Flynn to bring down the hammer of Thor.
I think their were two reasons why the dishonest judge refused to simply dismiss the case as required by law.
He wanted to keep Flynn from publicly telling the truth about the Obama administration before the election.
He wanted to force President Trump to pardon Flynn and therefore make it seem that Flynn was guilty and therefore needed to be pardoned.
Hopefully, General Flynn will sue all the people who lied about him and falsely accused him and win large settlements.
Hopefully, Sullivan will by impeached, charged with Judicial misconduct and convicted.
Hanged as traitor...
or simply whacked.
There was never a gag order. Pure myth.
Good, I guess. I was more hoping Flynn would just ignore him, and cause Sullivan to hang his own self in the end. Maybe that can still happen, though.
I suppose it does, technically. A pardon excuses a conviction. No conviction, nothing to pardon over.
Had Sullivan continued his kangaroo court and convicted Flynn, the conviction would have automatically been set aside thanks to the pardon.
The gag order was removed a while back.
Thank goodness but never should have gotten to this point.

Looks like someone needs to file impeachment articles against Sullivan.
Retract the pardon; impeach the a$$.
His last check for keeping the case alive must have just cleared the bank.
Can General Flynn sue Sullivan for pain and suffering?
No, it does not, because he never had a gag order. Sidney Powell, his attorney has said that many times. I guess that this will become an urban legend and live forever.
Sullivan is a pos....surprised he dismissed it...the rats give no quarter...
NOTHING is going to happen to him EXCEPT maybe a Supreme Court nomination by BITE ME!
