Today Is The Day!

Today could be the day, Folks. SCOTUS Judge Alito will hear and perhaps rule himself on the arguments regarding the thousands of mail in ballots in PA.

It comes down to this, and only this:

Millions of people voted for Trump. They went to the ballot box. They showed their ID, filled out a ballot and they signed it.

These people were disenfranchised by millions of write in votes from people with no names no signatures no background nothing.

That’s the whole thing in a nutshell.

It’s got nothing to do with Trump, whether you are a democrat or republican, on the left or the right or whether you think like Lou Dobbs, Chris Wallace or Anthony Scaramucci.

It’s got all to do with this country and our election system for the future.

Please pray with me, that God will bring courage to Judge Alito to rule on this today, and get this into the open.

Well I think they illegally changed a rule so that was against the constitution. Including the there own states constitution.

If the court decides in favor of protecting voters in PA from being disenfranchised, would the set the precedent for other contested States to follow?

It seems pretty obvious that it was unconstitutional. I really don’t see why Alito can’t say that today.

If he does, the MSM will finally have to address this whole sad ordeal.

The end does not condone the means, which I gather is to get Trump out of office at all costs?

He must and we must fight this fight now.

They stole our votes. Our sacred right to vote was undermined by hundreds of Stacey Abram types who are trying to scam us, and they did that Georgia while republicans in office looked on.

We are a country of ideas. Sometimes one side wins, sometimes the other but we respect that.

Today is the day. Whether we go forward as a free society or we don’t.

Yes, because it happened in other states also. This thing can turn around today, lightening fast.

I think this will kick out 100’s of thousands of ballots. Where those the ones he said to keep separate. If so I wonder if they switched votes out and kick out enough Trump votes to keep biden in the lead. They have cheated at every level. But I think they panicked when they saw how many votes Trump won by. If they did a audit of that state it would be a mess for them. Just like GA. The gov called for a audit after that video emerged and I haven’t heard anything after that except a car exploding with his daughters boyfriend in it.

Yep. Car exploding and in MI a Trump supporters home is firebombed. This thing is getting hot. Unfortunately I fear the Supreme Court will likely look at this and sidestep the constitution in order to ensure the left doesn’t burn down the country. That’s my take on it anyhow. I hope I’m wrong but we have judges that are completely fine with not following constitutional law, even those appointed by Trump.

I think this is the hill the election dies on. Does anyone have the stones to use the constitutional measures at our disposal to stop this blatent attempt to destroy our country? I hope so but looking at things I don’t think so.

“ Unfortunately I fear the Supreme Court will likely look at this and sidestep the constitution in order to ensure the left doesn’t burn down the country.”

If the non-liberal judges are smart enough to be SC Justices they are smart enough to know that this would be the end of free and fair elections in the US.

Does not look like a bomb here in GA but a real three car accident.

Like I said, today is the day. If they don’t realize what you say, then no more free elections.

Interesting dilemma for the SCOTUS.

If they punt these lawsuits and the steal is allowed to stand, they are essentially constructing the bridge to their own demise... assuming Schumer becomes majority leader.

I wonder if this weighs on any of the justices’ minds?

We will find out these next 10 days. These suits are getting to the SCOTUS. Hoping they at least put it in these state legislatures hands. Maybe since they are mostly Republicans we can get the votes. If they stab Trump in the back then it will be over for 4 years. I hold out hope that the SCOTUS will see the evidence and do there jobs. Trump did say this week would bring some bombs.

In these cases voter disenfranchisement is always discussed with sympathy usually expressed for those who relied on policy and procedure implemented by officials not constitutionally empowered to do so. Sympathy should not be a basis for a legal decision but often is. There is another important issue that is seldom considered. That is whether the officials implementing the policy illegally are going to be allowed to benefit from their illegal action. It is obvious and supported by results that the relaxed standards were for the benefit of one party and the issue more important than disenfranchisement is whether the officials responsible for the illegal policies are going to be allowed to reap the benefit of their illegality.

Normally a person committing an illegal act, regardless of motivation or knowledge is not allowed to benefit from that act. A good example is when money is improperly deposited into your bank account and you spend it. When it is discovered, you don’t get to keep it. The candidates elected as a result of illegal policies should not get to keep the votes.
