Cruz has never lost a case he’s argued at the Supreme Court. If memory serves correctly, Cruz is 11-0 in front of the USSC.

Alan Dershowitz called Ted Cruz the most brilliant law student he ever had. Cruz has argued several cases before the Supreme Court when he was solicitor general of Texas. He’s a brilliant lawyer and would make an excellent Supreme Court justice if he would ever agree to accept a nomination.
