Alan Dershowitz called Ted Cruz the most brilliant law student he ever had. Cruz has argued several cases before the Supreme Court when he was solicitor general of Texas. He’s a brilliant lawyer and would make an excellent Supreme Court justice if he would ever agree to accept a nomination.
Being a good justice requires more than brilliance. It also requires character.
I agree. And I heard Alan say it. Cruz will be wasted in Senate. Better on Scotus.
