Nov 2019 from the first link: average total prime time audience of 2,779,000
Nov 2020 from your second link: Fox News 2,645,667
That's barely a change, and not a collapse!
Just get your facts straight. The site has become a cesspool of self delusion and conspiracies. Maybe the Fox ratings are locked in a server in Frankfurt?
Wow!
Your dislike for the forum is duly noted as is your hatred for Trump (as per our last exchange). The question is why does a Faux loving troll hang around?
They don’t give a damn. Peasant.
They made a political decision based on how much business they might be able to lose... Never mind that 1/2 the American public voted for President Trump, believing that the media along with the "administrative state" orchestrated assaults against POTUS Trump and his policies, so I guess they figured they could easily lose 1/2 their audience. My guess is that it's going to wind up being much greater than that.

Wrong as usual. I love the forum, but it needs pest control periodically when the roaches come out. The low information crowd that licks up pathetic blog spam like it was mama's hamburger helper.
FWIW, I love Trump, voted for him twice (but he lost), and if you somehow read anything I read as "hatred" it shows you have a very very pathetic reading comprehension level.
This should help, take a look at Feb 2019 - no impeachment, no election. Here are Fox's ratings from adweek
Total Day (Mon-Sun): 1,458,000 total viewers
Now look at all of Q3 2019, the Fox News average total viewers was 1.4 million.
Now look at Fox's own press release for whole year of 2019
Total Day: FNC: 1,394,000
So do you believe that ~1.4m has been the norm for total viewers? And you are here telling me 1.5m is a disaster? Stop smoking the blog spam crack pipe.
I agree that Fox hasn’t lost over half of its long-term average audience. But its post-11/3 losses can’t just be dismissed as “post-election”. We aren’t really post election yet. Just like we weren’t at this time in 2000.
It can’t be denied that Fox has suffered a major loss of credibility with a core viewership. It is hard to quantify at this point but I don’t expect Fox to ever again be a runaway cable leader as it is currently configured.
They may survive as just another spot on the dial just like the other 200 channels I pay for and never watch. But it is no longer a “go to” media outlet. Kind of like Drudge. Or My Space.
Paul Ryan belongs on Nick at Night hosting reruns of The Munsters.
LOL!
You've been coming to these Fox threads arguing that the station is actually thriving, when all the available ratings show the opposite. You're a common troll with little respect for the posters here. Luckily your past ruminations are available for all to see and I'll bring them here as needed. Sunlight is the best disinfectant for an infestation. Now beat it.
Trump is the victim voter fraud which isn't losing, but you Foxies do see what happened differently. Right?
Lol, you said the ratings last year at the time are the same as this year.. I’ts late November early December. Now you are moving/cherry picking dates.
Also Forbes isn’t a blog and again, you have not explained why other news shows are beating FOX in time slots they have not done in years.
Great, so we agree is a little more trustworthy than what's getting posted around here. Let's look at what they say. Notice they never say collapse.
Fox News Channel finished the month of November as the most-watched network in cable and set a record for the highest-rated November ratings period in the network’s history. With an average prime time audience of 3.939 million viewers, Fox News outperformed its cable news competition, with CNN finishing in second place with 2.802 million viewers, and MSNBC finishing third with 2.660 million viewers.
Each of the cable news networks saw significant ratings gains due to the election year, with FNC’s prime time delivery was up 41 percent from the same period one year ago. CNN was up 180 percent, and MSNBC had the smallest year-over-year gain among total viewers, up 29 percent in prime.
I'm not getting a message of collapse here, are you?
Honestly, I'm not cherry picking dates, you are. Rating fluctuate wildly on a daily basis. Trump does sit down with Hannity and ratings go up 100%. Election week, up 200%, impeachment hearings, up 100%. Sunday night, down 80%. Look at a broader set of dates to see the reality.
"why other news shows are beating FOX in time slots they have not done in years."
Because generally it is isn't true? Especially in prime time, Fox still has the top shows.
FNC had four of the five highest-rated shows in November, led by Tucker Carlson Tonight, which delivered an average audience of 5.095 million viewers, followed by Hannity (4.982 million viewers), The Five (3.780 million viewers), The Ingraham Angle (3.776 million viewers) and MSNBC’s The Rachel Maddow Show (3.437 million viewers).
