Heck yeah! Feeds the soul in dark times...not to mention making it easier to swallow the endless beans and rice. As well as a way of presrving fresh fruit.

Aside from that 100 proof or higher cheap vodka is usable for disinfection. Isopropyl alcohol was in short supply not so long ago, at least in these parts. And that means it has serious barter value....get a few gallon jugs of last weeks vintage Old Kossack...or the 750ml bottles if cocktails named after Molotov seem necessary.
