#5 Honey. I kept bees a while back. As I was clearing out my garage I found a 5 gallon bucket of honey with the date 1984 on it. I opened it up expecting to find a crystalized solid mass. To my surprise it was still liquid. It was dark, but as I recalled it was dark when I harvested it. Tasted just fine.

I believe that Archeologists found honey in the pyramids (or Egyptian tombs) and it was still fit to eat.

In my family, that forms a standing joke about aging food. “Is this celery still good to eat?” “Of course! They found celery in the pyramids, and it was still good!”
