Someone please answer this. Because this is the Dems argument. They say we had a hand recount and a hand recount would have picked up this tabulation machine vote change. This is their argument and makes since. If the tabulator was spitting wrong numbers how come this county and others had a correct hand count? I think we may be seeing the first dominoes beginning to fall. Feeling a little more hopeful lately about the outcome of the whole election mess.
