You would almost think that given the above, Biden won Ware County in the Georgia Election. But he didn't. What went wrong?
Ware County hand recounted ALL of their paper ballots that were cast in the Election. The first time around, all the paper ballots were tabulated by the Dominion equipment. The second time around, all the paper ballots were tabulated by hand to CHECK the Dominion equipment. 37 Trump votes were found to have been counted for Biden. Thus in the hand recount audit of the entire country results, Trump picked up 74 votes.
But Georgia didn't hand recount in only Ware County, Georgia hand recounted all 152 counties and ALL paper ballots originally counted by Dominion equipment. But the number of paper ballots manually counted gave the same result for the Presidential Election race.
How can that be? Can anyone give a reasonable explanation of how Joe Biden was shown to have been selected on more printed ballots that were validated by voters if there was massive Dominion electronic election fraud on behalf of Joe Biden in Georgia? Lastly, this Ware County 74 vote difference for Trump has been known for almost three weeks now. It was EXPOSED by the hand recount audit, so if all of this news is true, then we can trust that the hand recount audit of all the paper ballots would have exposed massive fraud. But the opposite happened. When are we willing to move on from Dominion electronic fraud as regards the Georgia Presidential race?

The allegation is that votes were switched so of course the paper ballot totals would match the machines.

Keep trying; maybe longer posts, with more hectoring condescension. And more concern, definitely more concern.
Well, if you just recount the batches with fraudulent ballots you get the same result. At some point they needed to inject additional fake ballots into the system to attempt to physically match the machine algo values. That happened in the evenings after they shut down voting. (Closing the centers, trucks rolling up unloading bins of fake ballots that mostly list Biden as the choice.)

Until someone from Ware County confirms this, I doubt that it's true. However, that's not a good argument.
But didn’t the SOS tell the elections folks to not report the vote differences from election day and he only posted the original numbers? I know read something about that.
If you know the number of votes you need to flip the election (which you do, the Dominion machine can tell you exactly what that number is right now, and can extrapolate what it will be when all the votes are counted) you know how many packages of 1000 biden only votes you need to inject at say 3:00 AM to flip the vote and have enough paper ballots to add up to the machine tally.
Nothing says the ballots need to be run through the machine, the DVS machine has already calculated enough votes for the win, they just need to be there for the hand tally.
But I heard, and have read, a recount as we think of it didn’t actually happen. Not for every county. Not one vote per tally recorded either.
How many counties did they “find” more votes? A few. So we know the numbers do not match with the machines already.
And yes, it wouldn’t be hard to take a few thousand ballots pre-printed and count those again.
