This claim will, I assume, be said to be “debunked”, “disputed” etc. For starters, where did this person get this information? Did Ware County put it on a website? It doesn’t appear he is officially speaking for Ware County.

If Ware County confirms it, have they carefully documented all this? Where did they get the equipment? Can they prove it’s really Dominion equipment used in the election? It all has to be documented, videoed etc. so that there are convincing answers to any questions.
