Using sequestered Dominion Equipment, Ware County ran a equal number of Trump votes and Biden votes through the Tabulator and the Tabulator reported a 26% lead for Biden.

Those conducting the test were so shocked that they ran the same ballots again. The same results appeared. ONE PIECE OF THE PUZZLE SOLVED. (It is worth noting that this was one County, and on one Tabulator alone.

I am not talking about counting, I am talking about audit which you keep lying on FR saying one was done. It was not. The hand count is a farce. I can count 100 counterfeit dollars and still come up with 100 🙄.

We have a stack of bills. We count them with a machine counter and it comes up to $100. We hand recount all of them and we come up with $100. None of that process has anything to do with determining if any of them are counterfeit. But it does verify the currency counter.

That is all that I have maintained now for three weeks. I'm sorry that upsets you in some way. You first stated in your post to me in this thread that we in Georgia just did some small stack of sample ballots and counted those through a machine and called the machines good. Are you now saying that you are wrong about that? I want to mark any progress that you and I have on the matter.

A full audit would look at everything with regard to the election (results and process). Some examples: It could look at signature matches on envelopes of mail in ballots and compare with voter signatures that are already on record (the rejection rate for mail in votes for this election is much lower than normal, even though a much larger number of people voted by mail). It could look at the number of registered voters and compare with number of votes cast (more votes cast in Detroit than registered voters in 2016). There are lots of things that a full audit could look at.

With electronic cheating, one would just add Biden votes by machine and then add paper ballots without valid signatures.

Maybe in one or two localities (like Philly for instance, or Atlanta). But not system wide like what has been accused. Again, go to the premise of this discussion, we are talking about a County in Georgia that was deep Red for Trump. The "conspiracy" is supposed to be systemic. So these ballots that are added to reconcile the inflated machine counts would have to be done in 152 counties without getting caught.

Also, I think there are easy safeguards to prevent that in any decent system. I won't make the case since everyone assumes Dominion was intentionally stealing the election.

How was Risk-Limiting Audit Full Hand Count conducted? I don’t believe it was full hand counting. Did they still use a machine to count?

All paper ballots in Georgia were hand counted for the Presidential race. They did not use a machine to count the ballots, but they did use a system named "ARLO" (I think that is the system. I also think it was supplied by Homeland Security for Election Audits. That ought to be enough to find something in a search about it) to tabulate and report the results. There was some controversy about that, but the counts matched up anyway. 100% of ballots counted by two disparate systems, same outcome.

This is why all voting / tabulating machines should boot and run from read-only media like CD-ROMs or DVDs. All you need is a copy of the disk to replicate the machine.

Look at the ones with the dominion machines.
I saw a listing somewhere that somebody had of Dominion machines nation wide. I don’t have it. King and Pierce County Washington were on it.

If you know the number of votes you need to flip the election (which you do, the Dominion machine can tell you exactly what that number is right now, and can extrapolate what it will be when all the votes are counted) you know how many packages of 1000 biden only votes you need to inject at say 3:00 AM to flip the vote and have enough paper ballots to add up to the machine tally.

Nothing says the ballots need to be run through the machine, the DVS machine has already calculated enough votes for the win, they just need to be there for the hand tally.

correct... and if you search how votes are actually tallied by precinct or by county or by state... google will not tell you.

They use decimals in the spreadsheet and round in the total votes per county reports... there was a guy who discovered this a few years ago and posted a youtube video about it but he couldn’t get anyone to take him seriously. No one would respond to him. I remember he was a younger african american guy that was an engineer for dominion or similar.
