Election officials in Georgia warned of “grave and serious consequences” if they are prevented from resetting voting machines in several counties.
A judge’s temporary restraining order to keep voting machines untouched in Cobb, Gwinnett, and Cherokee Counties is being challenged by election officials who contend that the machines need to be prepared for the upcoming Senate runoff elections in January. The officials have asked the court to lift the block so the Dominion Voting machines can be properly wiped and reset.
Machines needed for in-person voting are being prevented from having their memory cards cleared of data from the Nov. 3 election, according to the officials who requested the restraining order be lifted in a court filing on Thursday.
Voting equipment was set to be tested beginning on Dec. 3 but that has been delayed due to a Nov. 29 restraining order, issued by U.S. District Judge Timothy Batten, in response to attorneys Sidney Powell and Lin Wood who requested the order and an injunction against any altering to the machines in their case challenging Georgia’s presidential election results.
“The temporary restraining order has grave and serious consequences,” Kristi Royston, the elections supervisor for Gwinnett County’s Board of Voter Registrations and Elections, said in a declaration as part of the court filing Thursday.

The US military should have those machines and the cards in their possession. Also all known ballots and associated documents. Military should be most of the way through a manual hand count by now.....

The absolute worst that happens is election contest for senators are called later than otherwise. This is not a “grave” outcome. The ballots can be counted by hand, the counters can wait until machines are available, plenty of options here.
Not that the judge will do the right thing. Just making idle remark about what passes for argument in the vaunted halls of injustice, cheating, corruption, and graft.
Roll the printing presses with PAPER ballots. There will be NO GRAVE CONSEQUENCES if people have to show up in person and mark a paper ballot.
That is the way almost the entire world votes.
Ignore the corrupt machines. See a fair outcome with paper ballots.
In the next paragraph it does address the federal requirement of keeping data for 22 months fir a federal election. Team Trump will make Sure they do not destroy evidence am much as those officials may want to

The polls are open for voting for THREE WEEKS. This is absolutely insane and provides ample time for all kinds of fraud to take place. In my state, absentee or early voting lasts for 10 days and is terminated 7 days prior to election day. This 7 day down period allows for time to certify (check the signature on the mail in absentee ballot against the signature on the voter roll) and count all absentee ballots. To vote early, one must do so in person with valid picture ID at the registrar of voters office within the 10 day window. These early votes are counted and tabulated, but the results are not released until after the polls close on election day. Thus my state can accurately count and report its vote on election night after the polls have closed just like even Florida after Gov. DeSantis cleaned up the mess in Broward County by firing the crooked woman running that elecion. Folks, free and fair elections don’t require “rocket science intelligence”. But intent to defraud requires a maze of deception.
A GA official who is conspicuously absent in this thing is a guy named Christopher M. Carr. Allegedly, he is “attorney general” of GA. I’m not an expert on this but I think there is a very good possibility there might be a link between the vote rigging and the people on the video pulling out suitcases. Just a hunch by a layman.
Their names and addresses are already out there and it’s puzzling why LEOs weren’t knocking on their doors already.
The Runoff voting is January 5th. So they need 30 days to clear the memory of a bunch of computers?

Hopefully the judge is knowledgeable enough not to buy that misleading excuse. It doesn’t take long to wipe/delete/format the memory cards.
Also, Georgia election officials properly ran the polls and counting centers, they would have a judge blocking them.
Why. If there is nothing wrong with them then it should be fine. Right. I can’t believe they are even going to use them. So in your face cheating it’s unreal. Watch the democrats win the seats by a margin of 10000000 to 1. No cheating going on here. Was free and fair. Now move along.
